Led by Director Andy Daintith, AJD is backed by over 20 years of industry experience. A carpenter by trade, Andy has worked across leading hand carpentry and senior construction management roles, bringing practical knowledge, strong leadership, and a deep understanding of how to run efficient, well-organised sites. He doesn’t just manage projects - he’s actively involved in them.

Complementing the build side is Amelia Daintith, an experienced interior designer with 8 years in high-end design firms. With a sharp eye for detail, functionality and finish, Amelia ensures each project is not only built right, but designed to work beautifully in real life.

We work closely with architects, engineers, certifiers and other consultants to coordinate every stage of the build and execute each project successfully. This collaborative approach allows us to streamline communication, manage risk, and deliver outcomes that meet both design intent and construction practicality.
